Body 7 is a 7 minute workout timer app. It provides a timer, images and sounds to help make your workout great. It is based on a workout that was published in the American College of Sports Medicine's Health and Fitness Journal (May-June 2013 issue).

We built the app for us!
We got excited and began doing the workout...and immediately thought an app would help our experience.
Usually we hook our tablet up to the TV as we workout; sometimes we just run it on our laptop or tablet. Sometimes, we run the Windows Phone version of the app.
