The application, Hide8 aims to give privacy and security to user’s important files. This can encrypt and secure files in a hidden vault within the user’s computer. The application will disguise as a simple functional calculator application. To launch the main application, the user/s needs to enter the activation key and press the equal button. The activation key is the series of numbers used to launch the main app the default activation key is 0000. The PIN is the key used for user verification in the main app, the default PIN is 0000. Both pin and activation key can be changed in the app settings. Hide8 also provides a photo viewer, music player, and video player, file and document launcher.
